  1. Day 1 Kathmandu

    On arrival at Kathmandu Airport, our representative will receive you & transfers to hotel Check into hotel with welcome drink. Rest of the day is free for individual activities and shopping. Depend as per the arrival schedule. Overnight stay at hotel.

  2. Day 2 Kathmandu Local Sightseeing

    After breakfast, starts Kathmandu valley sightseeing by private vehicle (vehicle depends as per the group size) including: Pashupatinath Temple, Bouddhanath Stup, Buddhanilkantha (Sleeping Vishnu) Swayambhunath Stupa, and Patan City & Bhaktapur City. Overnight stay at hotel.

  3. Day 3 Kathmandu-Pokhara

    After breakfast, departure to Pokhara by same private vehicle. Check into hotel with welcome drink. Late afternoon boating on Phewa Lake. Overnight stay at Hotel.

  4. Day 4 Pokhara

    After breakfast, start Pokhara valley sightseeing by private vehicle including: Devi’s fall ,Gupteshwor cave, Int'l Mountain Museum,Vindhyabasani temple, White river (Seti Gorge) / Regional Museum, Super market and Lakeside market. Overnight stay at hotel.

  5. Day 5 Pokhara-Chitwan

    After breakfast, departure to Chitwan National Park by same vehicle. Check into hotel with welcome drink. After Lunch, visit elephant breeding Center. Overnight stay at hotel.

  6. Day 6 Chitwan

    After breakfast, start Jungle activities including: Canoeing on the Budhi Rapti River to see Crocodile, Elephant Safari, Jungle walk, Bird watching & Tharu (ethnic) culture dance. Overnight stay at hotel.

  7. Day 7 Chitwan-Kathmandu

    After breakfast, departure to Kathmandu. Check into hotel. Rest of the day is free for shopping. Overnight stay at hotel.

  8. Day 8 Kathmandu-Home Town

    After breakfast, AM is free for shopping. Departure transfers to airport for final destination as per departure schedule.

  • Any extra cost incurred on behalf of any individual due to illness, accident hospitalization or any personal emergency.

SPECIAL NOTES
  • Holiday except national holidays, Diwali, Christmas and New Year compulsory high Season surcharges and Gala Dinner charges are applicable during festive season and long weekends.
  • Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving License, Passport All rates are valid for Indian national only.
  • The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
  • Hotels check in is 14:00hrs and checkout would be 10:00hrs. Early check in and late checkout subject to availability If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability

  • Sedan Car or similar for 1-3 guests, Ac Innova or similar for 4-5 guests, Tempo traveller or similar for 6 and more guests
  • Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own .Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable
REMARKS
  • Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
  • There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
  • Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
  • Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the vehicle. If the vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, she/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
